Refund Policy
Last updated: August 18, 2026
We'd rather you try RestPaid free than pay and regret it — that's why the 14-day trial needs no card. But if you do pay and RestPaid isn't right for you, here's how refunds work.
30-day money-back guarantee
If you're not happy with your first subscription payment for any reason, tell us within 30 days of that payment and we'll refund it in full — no questions, no hoops.
Renewals
Forgot to cancel? If you contact us within 14 days of a renewal charge and haven't meaningfully used the Service since it, we'll refund that renewal. You can cancel any time in Settings → Billing → Manage billing; cancellation stops future charges and your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
How to request a refund
Reply to any RestPaid email or to your payment receipt. Subscriptions are sold and refunds are processed by Paddle.com, our merchant of record — you can also contact Paddle directly via the receipt they emailed you. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 14 days.
What refunds don't change
A refund closes the paid subscription but never touches your data: invoices, clients, and history remain in your account under the free-trial rules, and you can export them at any time.
